REFUND & EXCHANGE

  • We will gladly accept any undamaged and unscratched glasses within 7 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange, whether you’ve changed your mind upon receiving them or if you find that they don’t complement your facial features.
  • Customers are responsible for returning the parcel through any courier service at their own expense to the provided address. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 2-3 working days after we receive the returned products.
  • We offer both refund and exchange options for eligible products. If exchanging, our team will review the returned product and provide the same product or a product of equivalent value.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer an easy refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer care team by emailing images of the product to shop@mrystore.pk Alternatively, you can message us on our official Facebook or Instagram pages or call us at 0328-0880884 within 7 days of purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel the order at any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Once the parcel is dispatched ‘Returns & Exchange Policy’ will be applied. However, MRY Store cancels the order on its own due to the following reasons:

  1. Out of stock.
  2. Online payment declined by the bank

SPECIAL CONDITIONS DURING SALE PROMOTIONS

  • Product(s) bought on sale can only be returned against store credits.
  • Product(s) purchased on promotions will be exchanged at the same prices.
  • Product(s) easily returnable/exchangeable as long as they’re undamaged and unscratched. Enjoy flexibility for a change of mind or style.
  • In case of a defected product(s), complaint must be lodged within 48 hours after receiving the order.

To lodge the complaint, you must provide the following details online:

 

  1. Order Number.
  2. Photos/Video of the defected product(s) received.
  3. Picture/Video of the parcel along with the courier/shipment receipt attached on the parcel envelope.
